Growing up, yoga was always a part of my life, though I never truly appreciated its value as a child. My journey with Pooja started in 2023, and over the last three years, it has been a beautiful and evolving experience. For me, this journey was never about weight loss. It was about improving my health, managing my diabetes better, and building mobility and flexibility for my passion for running. Pooja designed routines that specifically helped strengthen my legs and thighs, which has really improved my running pace and endurance. What I value the most, though, is the impact yoga has had on my mental well-being. As I stepped into a Head of Department role, it helped me become calmer, more balanced, and less reactive in both my personal and professional life. The biggest compliment came from my mother, who noticed how much more composed and aligned I have become in the way I communicate. I truly see a better version of myself every single day, and I’m grateful to Pooja for being such an important part of that journey.
